Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Novel Thunder, operated by MooreSuccess Inc.. By creating an account, buying content, using a subscription, submitting content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and any program-specific terms presented to you.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your authentication methods. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account in a way that defeats access controls, licensing, fraud prevention, or platform security.
Digital Content License
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a digital purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased edition through Novel Thunder. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work, source files, or platform technology.
Payments, Renewals & Refunds
Prices, applicable taxes, billing cadence, trial terms, and renewal information are disclosed before purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Digital Purchases Policy. Transactions processed by an outside app store or payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s rules.
Acceptable Use
You may not violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; bypass access controls; scrape or automate the service without authorization; impersonate others; manipulate reads, reviews, referrals, sales, rankings, or royalties; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, content, APIs, or systems.
Author & User Content
You retain rights you own. Submission does not grant Novel Thunder audiobook, print, merchandise, character, film, television, interactive, or game rights unless those rights are separately granted in writing. Marketplace distribution rights are governed by the Author Program Terms or another applicable signed agreement.
Suspension & Termination
Novel Thunder may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, infringement, serious policy violations, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical and appropriate, affected users may receive notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Service Availability
Features, devices, catalog availability, and integrations may change. Novel Thunder may perform maintenance or discontinue features, but permanent-purchase entitlements will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and legal obligations.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and Novel Thunder does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novel Thunder and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law & Venue
Except where controlling law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Court proceedings not subject to a mandatory venue will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Cook County, Illinois.
