Delete your account

Choose how to request permanent deletion of your Novel Thunder account and associated personal data.

OPTION 01

Delete directly in the app

If you can still sign in, use the account-deletion feature already available in the Novel Thunder app:

  1. Sign in to your Novel Thunder account.
  2. Open Profile and choose Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE when prompted.
  4. Check the box confirming you understand the deletion is permanent and associated data will be deleted, subject to the retention described below.
  5. Submit the final confirmation.

If the app's wording differs slightly, follow the on-screen account deletion instructions.

OPTION 02

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled Novel Thunder, submit your account email below. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account. Account ownership must be verified to prevent unauthorized deletions.

What happens to your data and purchases?

  • Account access: Deletion permanently removes access to your digital library, purchased-book entitlements and Novel Thunder account features.
  • Personal reading data: Associated reading progress, saved preferences and related account information are subject to deletion as part of the account-deletion process, except where retention is necessary and lawful.
  • Subscriptions: If you have a recurring subscription, make sure its renewal or cancellation status is resolved. A deletion request does not itself guarantee a recurring payment has stopped.
  • Records we may retain: Some payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may need to be retained for applicable legal, accounting or security obligations. Backup copies may also be retained for a limited period under applicable retention procedures.
  • Refunds: Deletion does not automatically issue a refund or erase rights you may have under the refund policy or applicable law. Review our refund information before proceeding.
