Depending on use, Novel Thunder may collect account/profile details, contact information, transaction records, reading progress, bookmarks, annotations, follows and preferences, support communications, marketing preferences, device/browser/security logs, and author-submission or payout-status information. Payment-card and connected-account details may be collected directly by payment processors rather than stored by Novel Thunder.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide purchased access, sync reading progress, personalize discovery, process transactions, calculate royalties, operate author programs, provide support, send opted-in communications, prevent abuse, secure the service, comply with law, and improve the platform.
Service Providers
We may use providers for hosting, content delivery, security, payments/payouts, email, analytics, app distribution, authentication, social publishing, and support. They receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide those services.
Marketing
