Repeat Infringer Policy
Novel Thunder maintains a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
How Cases Are Evaluated
Novel Thunder may consider valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court orders, repeated patterns, seriousness, account history, evidence of bad faith, and other relevant circumstances. A mere accusation is not automatically treated as a final infringement determination.
Possible Actions
Actions may include warning, disabling content, loss of upload privileges, suspension from promotional/subscription programs, account suspension, or termination.
